MY STORY
I fell in love with cupcakes when I was a little girl. My mother used to let me kneel on a chair at the end of the counter while she mixed the batter. Since she was a single working mom, this time was precious to me. And she always let me lick the beaters!

In elementary school she showed me how to get the cupcake with the most frosting. In high school I was eager to try my own hand at baking. I enjoyed making various desserts for my family. Then I wanted to take cake decorating lessons so I could make my little brother a He-Man cake for his birthday. My mother bought me the pan and some decorating supplies. She told me if I could make this cake I didn’t need lessons. The cake turned out wonderful and I’ve been baking and decorating ever since!
